Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and TV personality. Burns first appeared on television in 1995 in the Spanish American Teen sitcom Out of the Blue, where she was Peg. Burns started her TV career in 1995 when she joined the cast of the spanish-American teenager sitcom Out Of the Blue (1995-1996). The following year, she starred in Baywatch: Hawaii, the sequel to the Baywatch action-packed series. Burns left Baywatch due to her pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American fitness model, actor as well as a TV host. She is most famous because of her character Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama. The actress is famous for her part in the popular and commercially successful film Shallow Hal which was released in 2001. From 1995 to 1996, she played Peg as a secondary character in the Spanish American comedy Out of the Blue.
